I was able to fire up the HB2 (dubbed the PS2 in title) power supply and get a DC voltage reading. For the pictures visit http://thmsblog.tedatum.com/?p=776 . Electronically this power supply / CNC controller is almost exactly the same as the firsts one I built. The HobbyCNC controller is a newer version but all the rest is the same. This one sports a new and smaller cabinet to house all the circuitry and I am using 5 pin XLR connectors for the motor leads. Go take a look!
