Presidents’ Day Texas Power Outage 2021

Infrequent zero-degree Fahrenheit Texas Winter weather brought the Texas power grid to its wobbly knees. My home in Frisco, Texas (just North of Dallas) suffered a 36-hour continuous total outage with zero (0 F.) degree outdoor temperatures. My home is total electric (100%) with no other energy source. Last Strike?

Thought I found all the lightning damage. Not so…  I knew the power supply for the older Cetus 3D printer was burned out. Zero voltage output. I needed a new power supply to test the printer. I have two Cetus 3D printers as shown in the pictures, but their power supplies are very different. Giant Suck

I have abandoned Facebook for (I think) the third time. FB has some good points and I enjoy keeping in touch with “real” friends and family.
