She and her first husband Bill Willigman and only child Gloria, moved to Youngstown, Ohio when Gloria was in grade school.

I met her daughter Gloria when we were both seniors in high school, we fell in love and I have been a part of her family ever since. Eileen lost her first husband before her grandchildren were born. She remarried to Howard Baun and her twin grand children (Steve and Shelley) always knew her as Grandma Baun.

Howard passed away over ten years ago so she was forced to live alone while we were far away in Texas. Some health problems finally led to Eileen moving to Texas to live with us less than four years ago.

In this photo on Christmas day 2006, you can see she looked very good at age 84. Her health problems and God’s will called her away on February 20, 2007.

We know she is in the presence of the Lord and bragging about her kids to all that I am sure are eager to hear. She was always proud of her family.

God blessed grandma Baun.

Grandma Eileen (Willigman) Baun lived with us here in Texas for the last three and one half years of her life.
