I think I have turned into a writing machine. A very long time ago writing was one of the farthest things away from what I thought I would enjoy doing. I think the teaching methods of early grade school (55 years ago) made writing seem like such a difficult craft. There wasn\u2019t any fun in doing it. \u00a0Today I can\u2019t believe, well I guess I do believe… I actually enjoy writing.<\/p>\n
Reading is such a fantastic human ability. We humans have been able to train our minds to recognize certain printing shapes as letters, words, thoughts, communication. I think it is one of the few key abilities that separate humans from animals.<\/p>\n
Blogs like this are the latest method of communication. The great number of these electronic communication outposts is staggering to my imagination. Sometimes I think everyone is writing and no one is reading. I keep adding to these pages even when I suspect there may be only an audience of one. That one is me.<\/p>\n
There are hundreds of registered members on each of my blogs. Almost none of them post comments and I suspect most cannot even read English. That\u2019s because there is a large group of \u201cjoiners\u201d mostly from the old USSR portion of the world who register and never visit again. I can only imagine the purpose.<\/p>\n
All registering provides is the ability to post a comment and there are great working filters that keep out the spam comments. I also have to approve before a reply can be seen by others. It is basically a dead end for spammers.<\/p>\n
