No change in normal rate, but the Feds revamped some of the classes of mail. Here is a paragraph I plagiarized from the Stamps.com website (where I do all my postal business).<\/p>\n<p><i>On July 28th, 2013, the USPS will implement minor structural changes to their existing services.\u00a0 Postage rates will not be increasing for any existing service.\u00a0 The changes being made\u00a0include the following:<\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><i>Express Mail service will have its name changed to Priority Mail Express service<\/i><\/li>\n<li><i>Express Mail International service will have its name changed to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usps.com\/ship\/priority-mail-express-international.htm?\" target=\"_blank\">Priority Mail Express International<\/a> service<\/i><\/li>\n<li><i>Shipping labels printed with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usps.com\/making-priority-mail-better.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express<\/a> service will include a printed estimate of the delivery day<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The changes screwed up the postage calculations in my on-line e-commerce store, <a href=\"https:\/\/thehobbyistmachinestore.com\/store\/\" target=\"_blank\">The Hobbyist\u2019s Machine Store<\/a>. The changes in the names totally killed the pricing look up system.<\/p>\n<p>All is well now, but I did have a customer in Japan that couldn\u2019t place (price shipping) on an order until I fixed the codes.<\/p>\n<p>The USPS supplied boxes will look different once the current supply of the old boxes is depleted.
