TEDEX<\/p><\/div>\n

The poor TEDEX<\/a> horse is about dead. I keep beating on\u00a0(uh… my brain)\u00a0\u00a0trying to get her\u00a0back up on her\u00a0feet so she can run again. But when I open the stable for awhile, all the nag will attract is a hoard of flies. That’s a rather crude simile, but it is, what it is. I’ll probably be arrested by the SPCA police (They have TV shows on the subject now.) since in today’s sensitive culture, animals have been given more rights than some people get.<\/p>\n

Hey, I not complaining. I don’t beat real horses. I do swat flies though. I had the TEDEX<\/a> forum open for registration for 60 days and all it attracted was over\u00a0400 off-topic registrations and some spam postings. (the flies) I promoted the open registration\u00a0in my blogs and websites, but no real new members showed up. Probably poor marketing on my part.<\/p>\n

In any case I have better things\u00a0to do than feed the horse and keep the stable clean. TEDEX<\/a> is still open (out to pasture) for browsing but registration is closed again. I was getting 8-10 registrations (and email notices) per day as I set\u00a0TEDEX<\/a>\u00a0up that I had to approve the (bogus) membership applications.<\/p>\n

It’s fun at first but gets very old after a few months. Real new members would have been interesting to chat with. Maybe I’ll prod ol’ TEDEX<\/a> again and give her some\u00a0more\u00a0oats. She could get stronger… \u00a0some day.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
