My identical first one has been operating flawlessly for more than a year and a two thirds. (Ordered Dec 25, 2020)<\/p>\n<p>One day delivery from Amazon. Identical unit.<\/p>\n<p>Great! Except it didn\u2019t operate. Bad vertical sync.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s not a perfect world. Exchange was extremely easy. A few questions on-line and free shipping return and immediate shipping (next day) of another monitor.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Hardest part was driving<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span>a mile or two to a UPS store for return. No packing necessary but I gave them the original Amazon box that was in perfect condition. They said, \u201cThanks!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Other than this DOA, it is a good (small) monitor. Its screen resolution (1920 x 1080) exceeds most others in this size class. Actually pixels are too tiny for normal computer use at full resolution but easily adjusted in system display options to a useable scale.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span>Always better to have more pixels than not enough.<\/p>\n<p>Will post a comment if the replacement lives up to my expectations.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Purchased a second Elecrow 10.1\u201d video display a couple of days ago from Amazon.
