Postage Increase

I think it went little noticed by most citizens. The U.S. Postal rates went up on January 27 by an average of 3% or so and a new class of parcel post was created. This is the CD drive I took out of my “SandBox”computer. It had a fairly severe buzz and vibration noise and I was afraid I would lose its use just when I needed it the most.
