At my age and experience, I realize there is a high level of emphasis, taught within schools and executed by large corporations, for teams to make important decisions. This is because leaders who support that concept don’t really know all of their business… it may be just too big.
The only way to actually get things done quickly today without team compromise is to own a small dictatorial run business or retire. I am not sure which is worse. One, I make all the decisions the other my wife does. Maybe I should just call a team meeting to discuss it. 🙂
