Every three years I get a notice. It seems to be automatic. I must be an easy target. I have only served (been picked) on two cases. I just missed getting picked yesterday. Teamwork

I have had my 2.5 year old granddaughter here for a few days while her momma recovers from some surgery on her shoulder. It’s rather difficult for momma to be tracking after her two year old when one has a bum wing. Bad Science

I used to enjoy learning new things by watching “educational” programs on the TV. Channel 13 was my all time favorite. With the advent of cable “pay TV” a lot more of this type of educational material became accessible. Many production companies became dedicated to producing real science and engineering learning programs. I was in intellectual heaven. However, I have become quite peeved.
