I have been running VISTA Ultimate Windows operating system for about a month. I am not retracting anything I have said or written so far. It is still a beast to upgrade even year old machines. PC Security

The new (what I call) “built for the unwashed masses of computer users” operating system (Vista) is driving me nuts. That’s because XP has now started double checking everything I want to do with my system. MS just forced me to install a sofware verificaion tool in XP before I can get any more upgrades. I received a report that the THMS (The hobbyist’s Machine Shop) web site seemed to be down. I did some reorganization last weekend and moved all of my sites into more properly organized sub domains of tedatum.com. The correct link is http://thms.tedatum.com.
