Cut That Out!

I ordered a basic wood carver tool set today. I have been doing some interesting wood carving (vaporizing) with a high speed air powered rotary hand piece. I enjoy the creativity of carving. Vista Update & Energy

Toolin’ Along

I have it! I just received the Proxxon PD400 mini-lathe. Here it is setting on the workbench. The Dr. Pepper can is placed there just as a size reference. This machine is a very high quality Austrian made machine tool. I am currently working on a “First Look” report for THMS including lots of close up pictures. Test running will come later. The Rains Came

On Thursday night 5/3/07 about 7:00 PM CDST Frisco, Texas was hit by a rain storm delivering many inches of rain and 80 MPH wind.
