What a joke. What ever happened to battery life? The iPhone is a wonderful gizmo that happens to include a phone. But I have to drag my charging cord wherever I go.
I don’t get or make that many calls but all the other tricks this gizmo will do just eats stored electrons like me with a bag of spicy jellybeans. The bottom of the bag shows up way too soon.
My old phone, which was only a phone, I could carry around for a week before it needed a charge. It seemed like an afterthought to plug in the charger, not the first thing on my mind every evening.
So what happened to the old style cell phone brag of like 18 hours talk time and 940 hours standby? (Exaggeration There) That was back when we expected the battery to stay charged forever. Now this is only a dim memory. For all the special gizmo tricks we are willing to live with 24 hour recharge schedules.
Yeah I like playing with the gizmo toy and the features, but now I see what it takes to stay pumped up. 🙂
