Purchased a second Elecrow 10.1” video display a couple of days ago from Amazon. My identical first one has been operating flawlessly for more than a year and a two thirds. (Ordered Dec 25, 2020)
One day delivery from Amazon. Identical unit.
Great! Except it didn’t operate. Bad vertical sync.
It’s not a perfect world. Exchange was extremely easy. A few questions on-line and free shipping return and immediate shipping (next day) of another monitor.
Hardest part was driving a mile or two to a UPS store for return. No packing necessary but I gave them the original Amazon box that was in perfect condition. They said, “Thanks!”
Other than this DOA, it is a good (small) monitor. Its screen resolution (1920 x 1080) exceeds most others in this size class. Actually pixels are too tiny for normal computer use at full resolution but easily adjusted in system display options to a useable scale. Always better to have more pixels than not enough.
Will post a comment if the replacement lives up to my expectations.
The replacement arrived “next day” and is in perfect operating condition. Meets all expectations. Excellent, no hassle, product exchange.
