Old is good

I passed a mile stone last weekend. Six decades have passed on my personal time line. Only God knows the total baseline for my project schedule. That’s OK with me. I am enjoying the ride. I intend to fully utilize all His resources by the end of this project.

After this much time I know that the worldly things (projects) in which I am interested are a bit different than those of many local friends and associates. But that doesn’t make me feel special or unique, perhaps just a bit isolated. Everyone has or does things in their life that makes them different. It is in our nature to associate ourselves with others like ourselves.

As I grow older, the Internet has provided a way to share what I do with a whole world of folks with my interests. The isolation is gone. There really are a lot of people who understand what I do. Many of you I consider friends. We may never meet face to face but with this marvel of communication, we continue to share our thoughts and interest.

Thanks for coming aboard. Join the conversation if you want. I will never be too old to not enjoy sharing with friends, young or old!
