The THMS BLOG

The Hobbyist Machine Shop has its own blog. Here is a view of the static home page. From this page are links to the THMS web site and all the blog entries concerning the the machine and home workshop activities.

The heading picture is a slightly stylized real picture of my original mini lath turning down a piece of cast iron with a little oil on it. The “smoke trails from the hot chips make a very interesting photograph.

The new THMS blog uses the same software and design as this Ramblin’ Dan blog. With a little creativity, it was easy to change the look and make it have its own style.

The text is paraphrased directly from the home page of the web site. There are some subtle differences.

I am also considering a little reroute by pointing the “TheHobbyistMachineShop.com” URL at blog rather than the web site. That is not a quote just yet, just a consideration.
