I have it! I just received the Proxxon PD400 mini-lathe. Here it is setting on the workbench. The Dr. Pepper can is placed there just as a size reference. This machine is a very high quality Austrian made machine tool. I am currently working on a “First Look” report for THMS including lots of close up pictures. Test running will come later. Feelin’ Good

I had a chance to work in my machine shop most of the weekend. Feels good to again get back to all the metal chips flying. I finished off my A3 locomotive driver wheels. …it’s time to call it a day.

The wedding is over! It went off with a hitch! (That’s a joke son.) All is well at the Kautz residence in Frisco.
