It is the day after Christmas but I noticed yeaterday (Christmas) we had three visitors on the lake. These fine feathered folks (Canada Geese) don’t live here as we have a quartet of tame (sort-of) African geese that usually rule to roost. Gloria and I took the new GTI on a 2700 mile 8 day road trip. We started September 15 leaving Frisco, Texas following a day behind the aftermath of hurricane Ike up through Ohio. In Frisco, Texas, Saturday and Sunday before we left, the hurricane was no worse than any typical North Texas storm front.
