I just spent three days at Possum Kingdom Lake a.k.a. “PK” about 90 miles west of Fort Worth, Texas. The reason was one of those “manager retreats” some corporations use to “recharge” their present and future leaders. Brother James (fresh) Air

This is my brother Jim Kautz when I visited with him at his home in Flat Rock, NC last week. He is going to celebrate (?) age 60 on October 28th. I hit age 61 December 10. Ramblin’ Man

I just made a two day trip from Dallas out to North Carolina. My company (TAC) has a branch in Morrisville, NC which is just outside Raleigh. I also visited Flat Rock, Home of Carl Sandburg (and my brother) which is on the West end of the state. I drove between the two. Nice scenery, flat to mountains. Update

I just did an upgrade to both the Blog software (WordPress 2.3) and the Presentation software (Mandigo theme 1.26). Yep, two programs to run this blog. You won’t notice much if anything from the reader viewpoint. Maybe a bit faster for some of you.
