Here is the latest addition to the Kautz family. I present Tessa Danielle Kautz, 1.5 hours old, 7lb. 9oz., 20 inches, born 5:57 PM May 27th.. As you can see, grandmas, mother, father and Tessa are doing fine. Grandpa Dan is OK enough to take pictures. Thanks to Aunt Shelly for pix of me and of Tessa’s hand!

I have been experimenting with cold cathode lighting for use with the Lithophanes. This is just a setup on the work bench. This looks like it will be a superb method of displaying these carvings. This picture layout is a bit crude but you can see all the parts.
