A friend and I are having a chat discussion on the merits of a “tactile” or mechanical click keyboard over the now conventional laptop low force silent type. These are stand alone bluetooth and not laptop built-in. In particular, the comparison is the tactile KB, a Keychron K2 and the Logitech K800 “soft” style. AWS Cloud

I didn’t mention in the previous post the new KautzCraft LASER website is installed on its own virtual server in the Amazon Web Service (AWS) cloud. Of course its actual location is irrelevant and only of interest to me. One of my many hobby interests is building web sites. Oh-No! More NUC

The Logitech Unifying USB module (dongle) may be the culprit in my NUC freeze up problems. I have moved the tiny module away from the computer and the through-the-case USB ports using a USB extension cable. I have done this with both of my NUC computers. I do not know the actual cause of issues within the Logitech module. Internet speculations suggest it may be some harmonic problem with the new higher speed USB3 ports...
